Animal Kingdom Archive

THE ADVENTURE BEGINS Say good morning to the Animal Kingdom. Arrive at the park entrance 15 minutes before opening. Rafiki will be the first on the scene with a few words of welcome before a host of his safari-clad friends arrive. It's a great time to see many of your favorite characters all in one place. [Rafiki, Mickey, Minnie, Baloo, Louie, Timon, Terk, Jungle Book monkeys and "Mama Stork" (stilt walker).] Soon after, cast members arrive holding tiny critters of every kind. They answer questions and even let you see their furry, scaly, prickly friends up close.
